CMC ensures you are going to love our work! If you are unhappy with your new look or simply want a small adjustment, let us know within the first 24 hours and we will be happy to adjust it to your satisfaction at no extra charge during our earliest available time-slot.
We require a 25% non-refundable deposit which will be put toward the total cost of your service. However, if you wish to change your appointment the deposit will be transferred accordingly.
We understand that appointments need to be changed and we are happy to reschedule; however we require 24 hour notice for any cancellation or change in your appointment time. For same day cancellations / re-schedules, the 25% deposit is non-transferable.
ARRIVING LATE FOR APPOINTMENTS
Please notify us if you are running late for your appointment. Failure to do so may result in your service being altered to fit remaining time. If you are significantly late for your appointment your deposit will be non-transferable and your appointment will be rescheduled.
Please be courteous and notify us if you cannot make your appointment. If you do not contact us within 24 hours of the appointment, the 25% deposit is non-transferable.
We do not offer refunds on any services, however with our satisfaction guarantee policy, we will make adjustments to your service if notified within the first 24 hours of the initial service at no charge.
Due to the amount of time and product used for full sets, in order to have a refill you must have 40% (at the discretion of your technician) of your initial set or you will be expected to pay for a full set.
If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please contact us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you’ve experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy, please let us know before your appointment. A patch test can be administered prior to the appointment. Simply text or email us with this request. *Refunds are not given for allergic reactions; however, we will remove the lashes free of charge.
There is free limited visitors parking available around us as well as street parking. Please be aware of the parking signs to ensure you will not be ticketed. We are a 7 minute walk from Davisville Subway station. If you have any questions about the location please contact us.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no case shall CMC Lashes & Brows, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
